We scour the south, seeking the best and brightest chefs and artisans. Along the way we discover new names in Southern cooking, uncover old-school recipes, and are surprised by both the simplicity and the complexity of the southern food scene. We wash it all down with libations from vintners, distillers, and brewers who hone their craft and pair their punch with stories of discovery.

Isn't "panoply" a fun word

Every region celebrates a culture rich in food, and people, and music. The panoply of southern music genres is ever-evolving - bluegrass, country, blues, southern rock, jazz, and Lowcountry stomp, to name a few (ok, to name six). Whether as the backdrop to a great meal, or the icing on our cake, music plays a rich role in the feeling we are trying to create.
