    Palmetto Bluff Sommelier Thaddeus Miller takes on in the battle for cork dork bragging rights. Each somm is tasked with pairing the perfect pour to our guest chef's (TBA) plates. The decision is in your hands. (And, if all else fails, the traditional PBR shotgun tiebreaker will be enacted).

    The tradition continues! We'll pair up with our partners at the Southern Foodways Alliance, to serve up some of the best southern stories we can find. We'll showcase a short film celebrating a southern farmer, and taste-test our way through an exhaustive menu. We've set the stage beneath a canopy of magestic oaks at the tree house park in Wilson Village.

    Hair of the Dog 5K | 8:00 a.m. | $40
    A friendly competition set amid Palmetto Bluff’s spectacular neighborhoods and nature trails. Racers will receive a race t-shirt and be greeted with a Blood Mary and fanfare when crossing the finish line. Or, you can skip the run and just enjoy a little morning sunshine and Bloody Mary.

    Culinary Festival | 11:00 - 3:00 p.m. | $275
    The Culinary Festival is a gathering of culinarians, winemakers, growers, and artisans, brought together to accentuate the abundance of ingredients from our surrounding waters, woods and local farms. They showcase their finest nibbles and nectars and take our guests on a sensory experience that can only be called Music to Your Mouth. The Festival features live music, cooking demonstrations, a market area, the Game Day tent (for your college football fix), and Beer Garden. Did we mention the Bacon Forest?

    $25 of each ticket purchase goes directly to Second Helpings.

    Our traditional oyster roast gets kicked up a notch as the Palmetto Bluff culinary team's introduces their favorite recipes driven by ingredients sources from our local waterways and farms.

    We're excited to bring back the Pig Event Concert. We like to have some surprises, and we're pretty good at keeping a secret … so look forward to a bread crumb trail of hints as we prepare to knock your socks off with an intimate and engaging concert.

    Stop by Buffalo’s and grab a cup o’ joe, a breakfast sandwich or pastry, before you hit the road. Or sit, and stay a bit.
